Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct is the document that guides the behavior of all employees, partners and others involved with the organization, establishing ethical principles and guidelines that should govern actions and decisions in the institutional environment.

Prohibited conduct
The following are considered unethical conduct subject to investigation:
- Physical or verbal aggression
- Moral harassment
- Sexual harassment
- Improper financial discount or scholarship
- Non-compliance with internal policies
- Destruction or damage to institutional assets
- Behavioral misconduct
- Discrimination
- Favoritism or conflict of interest
- Fraud
- Improper payment or receipt
- Intimate relationship with direct subordinate
- Inappropriate relationship with students
- Theft or misappropriation of institutional assets
- Use or trafficking of prohibited substances
- Information leak or misuse
- Environmental law violations
- Labor law violations
- Irregularities in financial statements or management reports
