Purpose of processing

The collection of this information is exclusively for investigating possible conduct considered unethical or that violates ethical principles, standards of conduct and/or applicable legislation. No data will be used for any other purpose.

Storage

All reports will be stored for the time necessary to carry out the investigation and deliberation process, observing specific legal requirements. Consolidated information may be used to generate internal statistics, but no involved name or personal data will be exposed.

Anonymity

The channel offers the option of completely anonymous reporting. When anonymous, no identifying data is collected or stored - not even the full IP address.

Identified data

If the reporter chooses to identify themselves, their personal data will be treated with absolute confidentiality, used only to enable contact for clarification during the investigation, and protected by encryption in the database.
